๐ Terms of Refund
1. Personalized Orders
Once an order for a customized or personalized product is placed, our production process begins within hours to maintain fast delivery timelines.
๐ Therefore, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once the order is placed.
2. Non-Refundable Products
- All customized and non-customized products are non-refundable
- Refund/replacement is only applicable if the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
โ ๏ธ Chains and certain accessories may not be eligible for replacement (if applicable to your product, keep this line โ otherwise remove)
3. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:
๐ You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof.
๐ฅ How to Record Unboxing Video (Important)
- Use clear lighting and a stable camera
- Show the shipping label clearly
- Record the sealed package from all sides
- Open the package on camera without cuts
- Show all contents clearly
If there is an issue:
- Damaged โ Show close-up clearly
- Missing โ Show all received items
- Wrong item โ Show item + label together
โ ๏ธ Important Conditions
- Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- After 2 days, we cannot process any refund/replacement request
4. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- Product must be returned to us
- Refund will be processed within 5โ7 business days after inspection
5. Order Cancellation
- Prepaid Orders โ Cannot be cancelled once placed

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders โ Can be cancelled:
- Via order confirmation message
- Or during confirmation call
